How much will a new kitchen cost me?

At Read's Kitchens we offer three different contracts; supply, supply with assembly & full installation - each having a different cost. For a fully installed kitchen the prices can range between $8000 - $16,000 for an average sized kitchen with high pressure laminate benchtops. With stone kitchens can cost anywhere from $11,000 - $25,000.
What are my kitchen installation options?

At Read's Kitchens we offer three different purchase options for your new kitchen; 1. Supply only contract - This option allows you to buy the kitchen cabinetry and benchtop in kitset form for you to install the kitchen either yourself or using a trusted tradesmen. This option is great for builders too! 2. Supply & Assembly contract - This options provides you with assembled cabinetry for you to install and attach the doors and benchtop yourself or using a trusted tradesmen. 3. Full installation contract - This option provides you with peace of mind, we will install the kitchen and worktops for you to a gold standard.
What area do you serve?

The Eastern Bay of Plenty! Whakatane, Ohope, Opotiki, Kawerau, Edgecumbe, Matata and beyond on request!
Do you come out to measure?

To keep the costs as competitive as possible we generally ask you to take some preliminary measurements, once the layout is complete and your happy we will then go out to site and check the measurements for you before ordering. We understand that measuring can be daunting, so we do offer to come out and measure for a small fee, this fee is then deducted from your kitchen purchase when you order.
How long will it take - from start to finish?

Once we have your measurements, we generally will get back to you with a design and quote in several working days! Once you've ordered, if everything is in In-stock the products will take around 10 working days to arrive. If you are looking at a painted finish or made to order products this will take around 8 weeks. For an average kitchen install, from start to finish, the turnaround time is usually between 3 - 12 weeks depending on the options you pick!
